Steps to Buy the voucher/ card
Browse through the vouchers/ cards listed on giftsell
Choose the voucher/ card you want to purchase
Go through the description, to understand the offering from the Seller
In case you feel that the voucher cost is high, use the negotiate option to reduce the price (this however is a seller`s call, giftsell does not intervene here)
Once the rates are finalized, click on “Buy now” or move the gift card to “Add to cart”
You can add Upto 10 gift cards into your cart and then move it “Checkout”
Use the payment methods and options to complete the transaction
Once the payment is made, depending on the type of voucher, giftsell shall send you the details of the voucher
Delivery Process: Delivery of gift cards once purchased may take Upto 48 business Hrs. depending on the verification process.

How to Raise a dispute
In case if there any concerns over the purchase made on giftsell.in, you can always raise a dispute as giftsell is bound by “Buyer Protection” scheme in which any buyer who does not get what he is entitled to get as per the purchase made, he/ she shall be protected by either providing the same value gift card (this can happen only if there a different post available with the same value) or the entire amount shall be refunded to his/ her bank account.
What are the reasons to raise a dispute?
A different brand gift card was delivered to you
This gift card was not accepted at the merchant and the terms to the effect were not mentioned
The balance on the card was not as per what was mentioned in the post
The gift card was expired
What reasons will not be accepted for a purchase dispute?
In any of the other cases it shall be examined and resolved by the giftsell dispute team
Steps to Raise a dispute:
Log into giftsell.in
Go to “Profile” section
Click on “Purchases” Menu
Choose the “Purchase” on which you want to raise a Dispute and Click on “Raise a Dispute” button

How to Negotiate with the Seller:
Negotiate feature for all the postings made. However, it is Sellers choice to “Accept” or “Decline” a negotiation.
Steps to send a “Negotiate” Request
This feature is available to only logged in users
Choose the gift card you would to Negotiate the price and click on “Negotiate”
It will open a window, on the Left side of the Text Area, there is a “Negotiate” button, click that to open the Negotiate box
Enter the Amount you want to Negotiate and click on “Submit”
Steps to Accept or Reject a Negotiation
This feature is available only when you are logged in
A notification shall be available in the Notification section on the Top Header Menu of the site
Alternatively, you can go to “Profile” section and click on “Negotiate” menu
Here are all your Negotiation requests, choose the post on the right-hand side and you will find the options for Accept and Reject within the window.
Note: Once the Seller has accepted the negotiation request, the price for the particular post will automatically be changed for the Buyer who has requested the same.
